The Diana Wellness Studio provides a calm, dedicated space for yoga, pilates, and mindfulness programs. With natural light, wooden flooring, and views of the green landscape, the studio creates the perfect environment for mental recovery alongside physical training.

We offer daily yoga and pilates classes, intensive weekend retreats, and tailored recovery programs for athletes in training camps. Our instructors are qualified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and restorative yoga, as well as clinical pilates for injury rehabilitation.
